PHI stays on-prem

Inference runs on a hardened on-prem cluster for anything touching patient data. Only de-identified telemetry leaves the network for monitoring.

Templates, not free-form generation

Notes and treatment letters use versioned templates. The model fills structured fields — it can't invent sections or drop required disclosures.

Audit trail per draft

Every draft records the source appointment, the template version, the clinician who approved it, and the edits made. Compliance can reconstruct any letter in 30 seconds.
